Via separate, password-protected access, the data from Telediagnose can be made available to your own authorised Mercedes-Benz garage without providing access to data from other FleetBoard services. The garage can read out the fault memory online, check control units to ensure that they are functioning properly and immediately detect faults in the on-board electrical and electronic systems.
Numerous definable parameters can be checked. The workshop manager recognises immediately whether there are any malfunctions, if so, what type of malfunction has occured, and can immediately take care of any problems without having to undertake time-consuming malfunction searches.
