Driver Administration

List of Drivers

To display a list of your drivers, proceed as follows:

1.	Call the overview of the Administration services by selecting the Admin tab.

2.	In the Administration section Driver, click the Driver button.

This opens a list view of all drivers.

 

NOTE	In the data table, you can also display the internal driver ID, which is stored in the database. For further information on how to show or hide columns, please refer to Section Show/Hide Table Columns.

Automatically Recorded DTCO Driver Cards

If a driver inserts his driver card into the digital tachograph of a vehicle, the driver card number will be transferred to the Fleetboard Cockpit and will be displayed as "driver" in the list.

In the Last name column, the driver card number which was transferred by the digital tachograph will initially be displayed. In the list of drivers, the entries to which no driver has been assigned yet will be marked in red.

 

NOTE	We recommend to assign driver names to the card numbers. This is done by double-clicking an entry and editing it subsequently.
