Working with Virtual Vehicles and with the DispoPilot.app

To use the functions of the DispoPilot.app, proceed as follows:

1.	Please contact FleetBoard Support or FleetBoard Sales to configure the desired number of virtual vehicles with the Messaging or Logistics Management service.

The virtual vehicles which FleetBoard has configured for you are displayed in the Navigator in the Logistics Management or Messaging service.

2.	In the next step, please generate a registration in the Administration section. If you want to know how to create a registration code, please refer to Section Registration of the App in the Client.

3.	Instruct your driver to download the DispoPilot.app from the ­Playstore. Please refer to Section Configuration of the DispoPilot.app by the Driver.

4.	Now, send your driver the registration code via SMS, e-mail or communicate it by phone.

5.	The driver can now enter the code in the DispoPilot.app. Please refer to Section Configuration of the DispoPilot.app by the Driver.

The app is now displayed in the App status section of FleetBoard Cockpit.

6.	As described in Section Connect the App with a Virtual Vehicle, send a connection request from a virtual vehicle to the app.

7.	The driver can now confirm this connection in the app.

The virtual vehicle and the app are connected now and you can use the functions of the Logistics Management and Messaging services as usual.
