Assign a Fleetboard Driver Card to a Driver

If you are not using digital tachographs in your vehicles, you can use a Fleetboard driver card for each of your drivers. You can obtain this driver card from Fleetboard.

Assign a Fleetboard driver card to each of your drivers so that you know which driver card belongs to which driver.

To do this, proceed as follows:

1.	If you have created a new driver previously, you are already working in the assignment view. Otherwise, select a driver from the list.

2.	If you double-click on the driver to which you want to assign a driver card or if you select the entry and click on the Edit driver option, you will get to the Master data of the driver.

Below the Master data, you will find the Assignment Fleetboard driver cards dialogue box.

3.	Select the driver card which you want to assign to the driver from the All FB driver cards list.

4.	Click the button.

NOTE

A driver card can only be assigned to a single driver to make sure that this driver can be identified unambiguously in Fleetboard Cockpit. If the selected driver card has already been assigned to another driver, a warning message will be displayed, which states that the existing assignment will be deleted. Please refer to Section Assign a Fleetboard Driver Card to Another Driver.

The selected driver card will now be displayed in the Assigned FB driver cards list.

5.	Click the Save button.

The driver card is now assigned to the driver.

6.	To remove the assignment, select the driver card in the Assigned FB driver cards list and click the button.

7.	Click the Save button.

The driver card is now no longer assigned to the driver.
